THE WINE COMPANY NOVELLO LLI Ceracchi is produced from grapes selected purely GAMAY and SHIRA ', thin skin and small grape that lends itself to being treated with the technique of carbonic maceration.

Bottle of wine

This system, sufficiently developed in recent years, is to enter in special containers, as soon as the grapes mature intact or not pressed and out of contact with air. It thus produces a fermentation with natural carbon.

From the moment it is bottled is already ready for consumption. Drinking it brings a subtle pleasure that brings back to mind the beautiful days of the month of November with chestnuts and natural perfumes.

OUR Novello, unlike the normal of red wine, is FRESH, LIVELY AND WITH INTENSE PERFUME, so that it can be worn all year round.
